Do you know how a sports coach trains your body for peak performance? Well, I am a therapist and I train your mind for mental excellence. I help people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. With the support of therapy sessions, I can help you design and implement a roadmap to success.

Let me tell you a little about me: I have worked in the field of social services for a network of elementary and high schools, serving in various capacities from therapeutic to case management to administration. I also serve as the Director of Social Services for a large, multicultural network of schools in Chicago. Are you looking for a new way of thinking and connecting with others?
