Personal Statement

Among my areas of focus are the complex issues of people facing chronic and terminal illness, bereavement, caregiver stress and cancer survivorship. I also advise clients on healthy lifestyle changes that can stack the deck against emotional and physical disease utilizing cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based therapeutic techniques. In a coaching relationship, we work together to enhance and maximize your performance in a specific area as quickly as possible.

In certain instances, I combine movement, healthier behavioral changes and nutrition education to assist you in meeting your long term and short term goals. In psychotherapy, we are working together to change challenging behavior patterns and enhance your personal potential as it relates to your relationships and who you desire to be.

Healthy living skills are an important part of my client's treatment plans whether they choose coaching or psychotherapy.
