Life is difficult. Roadblocks get in the way of us reaching our goals. As a licensed professional counselor, I work to empower you to connect to what’s most important in your life.

Are you having issues with anger, trauma, depression, anxiety or grief? Are you and a significant other having relationship problems? Would you like a supportive, confidential environment where you can discuss these issues? Together we can learn coping skills to help you be happier and more fulfilled.

I am here to listen and to share effective techniques that can help you to enhance your life and your relationships. Individuals and couples are welcome.

Too often we are pushed around by external forces, doing only what others expect of us. Or we are pushed around by our internal states, with struggles with anxiety, depression, or other stressors. I help people to see that there is hope.
