Personal Statement

Caroline holds a Certified Addictions Counselor level III and is also a Registered Psychotherapist with the state of Colorado. She has a certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Treatment Provider. She is eclectic in her approach, but most often uses Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to guide her clients to a healthier, more balanced life.

Many of my clients experience co-occurring problems. I have worked with the following clinical issues: addictions, mood disorders including depression and anxiety, dual diagnosis, self-harm, codependency, relational problems, low self-esteem/self-worth.

Currently, I accept Mines and Associates insurance. For self-pay clients sessions are $80, which is less than most co-pays or deductibles. Feel free to call me for a free phone consultation and we can see if I am a good fit for you.
