Personal Statement

Psychotherapy is a partnership that focuses on your individual goals. Beginning with empathic listening, I will join with you to seek a solution and/or greater understanding of the situation that led you to seek counseling. With more than 25 years experience, I have a variety of resources to bring to our work: problem-solving therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and addiction treatment. Beginning counseling can bring up many questions. I provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable environment to ask, tell and discuss anything that's on your mind.
