Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We all have fears and challenges that we cannot face alone. The objective of my practice is to provide you with a secure, private, and comfortable environment to share your worries. I specialize in helping people with issues, such as family estrangement, poor self-esteem, chronic pain, addictive personality disorders, gender identity concerns, grief and loss, and much more. Whatever concerns you have, I am here to assist you toward creating a more fulfilling life.
Issues such a posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, abuse, depression, and anxiety can cause major distress and dysfunction; however, nothing is hopeless. With my goal-oriented approach to therapy, we can create a solution based on your ideals. Together, we can generate strategies to encourage self-discovery and personal empowerment—basic ingredients for wellness and happiness.
I use a range of techniques to provide a personalized approach to therapy. By integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and positive psychology, I help each individual in my care to identify their unique strengths to use as tools to cope with personal challenges.
