Personal Statement

Throughout her career as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Annie has aimed to provide a safe and supportive environment for people to make changes for the better in life.

Annie works alongside you to examine and evaluate your problem beginning with a thorough assessment to identify concerns and strengths that impact yourself and family members. She's collaborated with individuals, children, and families to gain knowledge & understanding of their problem and to develop tools & strategies for a healthier, more peaceful life. She will listen to your unique story and encourage you to actively participate in reaching your goals.

Annie received her M.A. from the University of San Francisco and specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy from The Child Trauma Training Institute in San Francisco. Previously, she gained experience in nonprofit organizations treating adults and children who faced mental health disorders, relationship problems, and trauma. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy and MN Association for Marriage & Family Therapy.
