Personal Statement

It is all too common to fall into the same daily routine. Sometimes, these routines become difficult to live with and even harder to break from. As negative behaviors and thoughts become habits, we can feel helpless and lost. I have a passion for helping people break these cycles to find peace and meaning in their lives. Together, I can help you to identify your needs and locate your personal strengths. With this knowledge and desire to change your life, you can grow beyond hopelessness to wholeness.

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of difficulties. I am most interested in helping those afflicted from trauma, anxiety, and depression; however, I am happy to offer therapy for the following issues, as well: divorce, family conflict, abuse, narcissistic personality, self-harming, borderline personality, anger management, emotional disturbance, grief, self-esteem, and spirituality. I am also a certified addiction counselor, helping people with substance abuse, sexual addictions, chronic relapse, and alcohol abuse.

I proudly serve veterans and LBGT clients. I treat adolescents and adults, and welcome all to start their new journey with me.
