Personal Statement
Often, we find ourselves scraping by, trying to survive. We may be struggling with feelings of hopelessness, isolation, or disorientation. It’s easy to silently suffer, putting others before ourselves, waiting for peace and resolution to occur. But your happiness should be a priority. Your wellness matters and is necessary to not only survive but to thrive.
What I offer is individualized, compassionate, and professional care that addresses your needs. I am skilled and educated in disorders and difficulties that arise from mood, behavior, anxiety, addiction, relationships, and self-image. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic methods to guide individuals, couples, and families toward discovery and transformation, using their strengths as a means for renewal. I specialize in cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, rational emotive, and motivational interviewing therapeutic techniques.
I serve all ages and people from all backgrounds. What matters most to me is the wellness of the individual people I work with, helping them find their worth.
