Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
As a Couple and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping people build healthier, happier relationships. I believe in the importance of connection - that our mind, body and spirit are connected within us, and that we are also connected to others in significant ways. I value helping clients restore those connections internally and within relationships. At RR312, I help couples and individual partners work through issues such as: loss of connection, communication issues, grief and loss, infertility, rebuilding trust, trauma/PTSD/past abuse, adoption, illness, preparing for or adjusting to a new marriage/committed relationship, and more. All couples welcome.
I strive to make space for the many dimensions of culture that inform people's lives (race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.). I also work with those who have experienced past abuse/trauma, and am committed to joining clients on a path toward healing.
Our practice specializes in helping people with dating and romantic relationships. Relationships can be tough, but you don't have to navigate them alone; therapy can be an incredibly helpful resource. Call to set up an appointment and we can get started working together!
