As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, my passion is to help children to express their needs , wants and conflicts with themselves and their families using the toys and miniatures as their language. Play therapy and Sandtray are used for all ages to assist in increasing emotional health. Play therapy reduces the anxiety and the difficulty of expressing their deepest feeling. Play therapists use toys, action figures, puppets, games, and art to help children, teens, even adult or couples express their feelings and concerns. Sandtray therapy is a technique using miniatures and objects to build scenes.

The most common reasons for contacting a therapist are a family disruptions, parents separation or divorce, loss of a pet, friends or family, defiant behavior and all other problems you can see is calling your attention on your child's behavior.
