Life can get extremely heavy and complicated all too easily. While challenging periods in life, relationships, or family can overwhelm, they also bring rich opportunities to cultivate resilience, a deeper connection, and lasting fulfillment. I will help you work through your pain and struggles by supporting you in developing a stronger sense of Self.

My person-centered approach, which focuses on you rather than your symptoms, will guide you in developing more autonomous control over your life. I am an experienced and down to earth therapist who specializes in working with adult children of narcissistic parents and college students.

I practice holistic, relational, and in-depth psychotherapy to provide you lasting mental health. I work with teens, adults, couples, and siblings through difficult life transitions by helping them explore the meaning behind their patterns, thoughts, feelings, and means of relating to create the space for healing and change within.
