I provide trauma resolution therapies for a variety of mental health issues. These include addictions (chemical and behavioral), PTSD, dissociation (DDNOS/DID). I believe that EMDR has changed the way therapy is performed because it provides direct and experiential healing. In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I also have experience in working with addictions, dissociation, psychedelic integration, working with victims of crime, Brainspotting, Progressive Counting, and performing intensive trauma resolution sessions. My practice is informed by evidence-based and best practices.
