Kimberly Brownridge, LPC
I am Kimberly Brownridge. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana, National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Clinical Telemental Health Counselor (CTMH). I have a MA in Professional Counseling and MS in General Psychology. I LOVE working with couples fighting to strengthen their relationship/marriage. I have experience working with clients navigating the single life, in relationships, pre-marital, and marriage counseling. I am also experienced in dealing with depression and trying new ways to help manage symptoms and learning new coping skills. I also counsel other areas, including women's concerns, spiritual care, parenting concerns, career, and LGBTQ.
My counseling style is solution-focused. Sessions will focus on the client's current situation, focusing on the coping skills already possessed by the client, and teaching new coping skills. My approach is also person-centered since the client is the expert on their life.
