Personal Statement
I provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Issues that I specialize in include stress management, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, oppositional defiance, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and career counseling. I also provide child and adolescent counseling, parenting support, family counseling, and marriage/couples counseling. Life meets us with many transitions, and sometimes, we need someone to help us meet our potential.
The objective of my work is to provide clients with an open and warm environment, from which we can create an individualized approach to meet their specific needs. I use a variety of methodologies and techniques to help clients achieve personal growth.
I have over 20 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, working with a diverse population. I am especially interested in working for military families as they cope through the unique struggles they face. Families with active military members receive special discounts for my services.
