Personal Statement

I have thirty years of experience and training in helping adolescents and adults struggling with clinical issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, addictions and body image), and environmental challenges (parenting, divorce, intimate partner abuse, illness, caring for aging parents). I listen to you, and then together we will strategize and problem-solve to help you perform at your best.

Let me help you develop your core strength to more effectively deal with life's challenges. After identifying your core challenges, we will work towards solutions, customizing treatment with CBT, mindfulness, family systems and psycho-dynamic interventions. Expand your "toolbox" so you have the confidence and skills to manage whatever comes your way.
