Personal Statement
As someone who feels passionate about psychological insight and growth, I am eager to help individuals and couples work through their challenges to achieve their maximum potential. I utilize a number of modalities to treat individuals, including the following approaches: existential, humanistic, depth, transpersonal, body-centered, and psychodynamic. If so desired, I also have extensive experience in astrology and believe that this field and psychology can lead us to breakthrough and reconciliation.
Issues that I specialize in treating are relationship difficulties, transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, and being emotionally overwhelmed. I am a highly sensitive person, who also concentrates on depth therapy to unlock unconscious behaviors and thought patterns for authentic individual expression.
I have traveled abroad and have a passion for differing cultures, philosophies, and beliefs. I work to explore individuals through supporting their enlightenment and bringing together their psychological and spiritual selves.

Psychological and spiritual exploration have been primary in my life and have led me to devote much of my life to studying and experiencing different psychologies, philosophies, cultures and spiritual thought and practices. My work is informed by what I have learned along the way.
